EP Support Portal (support.iaeste.net) is one unified platform that you can use to ask any questions, report issues/bugs and even submit enhancements requests. Yes, all of it without the need to contact the ITS over email!


With this new portal, we also receive information around the query or the issue in a standard format which enables us to automate certain actions for almost instant remediation further reducing our response time to seconds and at the same time you always have an overview of the issue you submitted with its real-time status.
